The selected winner will be contacted via their registered mobile number within 24 hours of the draw. Results are also announced simultaneously across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the Watch Exchange Newsroom. - Quick verification with our team
You’ll need to show our Customer Service team proof of your social media follow and your qualifying comment on the campaign post. Once confirmed, you’re officially verified and the prize is yours. - Collect your Rolex in person
Head to the Watch Exchange Boutique at Far East Plaza, Orchard to collect your prize. Collection must be completed by 15 August 2026. Please bring a valid photo ID for age verification. For non-Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, please also bring your valid work pass.
A photo will be taken at collection as confirmation of receipt. By collecting the prize, the winner consents to Watch Exchange publishing this photo across our social media channels and owned media. - If The Prize Goes Unclaimed
If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours, or cannot verify participation, they will be disqualified and a fresh draw will be conducted, recorded, and a new winner announced across all platforms.
